When Christine hosts her Spice tours, no indulgence is overlooked. She finds the best restaurants, the most interesting food experiences, nights are spent in sumptuous and decadent hotels or private villas. She offers an expert's insight into the culinary secrets that sustain the alluring and vivid cultures of each country visited.

'It is dedication above all that has made Manfield one of the country's most admired chefs.'
JANET DE SILVA, THE AGE

GASTRONOMIC TRAVEL
Christine Manfield is a keen and curious traveller, an attribute that inevitably led to the creation of hosted international small
group culinary tours.

The inaugural SPICE tour found her in the palaces of Rajastan in India, an inspiring backdrop to explore the region's spicy foods and Moghul influence.

The second Spice tour took Christine and a group of culinary adventurers to Morocco (2001) on a heady spice trail that included Fes, Marrakesh and Essaouira.  This popular gastronomic destination saw Christine return with another small group in November 2002, keen to further explore its culinary secrets. On that tour Christine produced a special event dinner in the tantalising spice city of Marrakesh at the private villa Jnane Tamsna.
